MONAGHAN Mary
29 October 1929 - 17 June 2025

Mary’s sister Kathleen (Harpur) and her nieces and nephews, would like to express their deepest appreciation to everyone who sympathised and supported us through our recent sad loss.
Thanks to everyone who came to the wake and funeral, those who sent Mass or sympathy cards, and generally showed kindness in so many ways. Your presence and prayers have helped us so much.

We are indebted to each and every member of staff at Hillview Nursing Home, who cared for Auntie Mary with such loving kindness, compassion and devotion.
We acknowledge the support of Dr Jo Deehan and Dr Robert Rodgers and the staff at Strule Medical Practice.

As a family, we would like to express a very sincere thanks to Fr Declan McGeehan for his spiritual support and for concelebrating a very special Requiem Mass with Fr Francis Bradley. Thanks also to Fr Kevin McElhennon and the sacristans in Knockmoyle.
The beautiful music and singing from Eamon Donnelly and Sinead Moncrieff was so uplifting.

Sincere thanks to Peter O’Kane Funeral Directors for the caring, professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Thanks also to the grave digger.
Our heartfelt thanks to Mary’s many friends, neighbours and carers who visited her so faithfully and supported her over many years.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

Mary’s Months Mind Mass will be held in St Mary’s Knockmoyle on Sunday 20th July at 10am.

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Pray for her.
Our Lady of Knock Pray for her.
