Paul, Deidre and family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who supported us during our recent bereavement. Your comfort and kindness helped us to navigate this difficult and unexpected time immensely.
We wish to extend our sincere thanks to the friends, neighbours and relatives who attended the funeral, sent Mass Cards and shared so many wonderful stories about Matt and their own memories of him with us.
In particular, we would like to thank Fr Eugene for the beautiful funeral service and words, M. Dorman and Son for arranging Matt’s funeral care with such thought and sincerity, Grainne Maxwell for the beautiful singing, Philip Gervin and staff for providing a fabulous meal after Matt’s interment and all of those who contributed ensuring the funeral went smoothly.
To all those who supported dad with appointments, travel and great care, especially Yvonne Donelly who spent a great deal of time with Matt in recent years, the home care staff that supported Matt at home and the staff at Sanville care home, who, although for a short time, provided genuine care and compassion for Matt in his final weeks.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deepest appreciation for your kindness and support.
Matt’s Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 1st June at 9.30pm in the Church of the Holy Family, Platers Hill, Coalisland.
