It is with heartfelt sorrow that we Maurice Dalzell’s family would like to thank all those who sympathised, prayed, and supported us through our sad loss.
Special thanks to the staff of ward 24 and the palliative care team at Altnagelvin Hospital and past and present staff of unit 1 and 3 of Owenmor care home for the support, dedication, love, and respect that was shown to Maurice over the years, and helped us through a very difficult time, you will always hold a special place in our hearts.
We would like to thank Robert (Bert) and Andrea Mc Daid and family for years of support with Maurice especially during his final days in Hospital and during the Wake.
Thank you to Maurice’s care workers Ann, Maureen, Helen Alison for all the support over the years.
Thank you to Fr O Donnell for a lovely Mass and eulogy and Lauren & Bethany for the beautiful music.
Thank you to all our friends and neighbours for your support, help and kindness during the wake.
Thank you to Sow and Grow especially Kevin, Richard, and the late Donal Kelly for the years of support during Maurice’s time there.
Thank you to Carrs Family Funeral Director (Sean and James) from the family for their attentive, dignified, and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
