Mavis HOUSTON (née Tinney)
27th January 2022, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late Bernard, formerly of Ardcaien, Culmore Road, Derry, loving mother of Kevin, Terry, Jennifer and the late Paul, mother-in-law of Pat, Lorraine, Celine and Owen, a much loved grandmother, great-grandmother and beloved sister of Anne and the late Betty.
Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton on Friday evening from 7 – 9 pm. Please adhere to social distancing when attending the wake and funeral. Her remains will be removed from there on Saturday at 4.30 pm to St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn for funeral mass on Sunday at 1 pm. Interment afterwards in Ballyoan cemetery. The mass can be viewed live via the church webcam.
