We, the family of the Late May Hanna, daughter Bridgeen, sons Raymond and Joseph, son-in-law, daughters-in-law and grandchildren and great grandchildren wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. Our heartfelt thanks to those who called to the house, attended the funeral, sent Mass offerings, letters of sympathy, floral tributes and helped in any way. A special thanks to the Woods family circle for their support throughout. We would like to thank Fr. Brendan Kearns for his support and kindness, and for the celebration of the funeral Mass. Our appreciation and thanks to the other priests who came and prayed with us, and organist Janice McElroy for the beautiful music and singing during the Mass. We extend our thanks to the medical staff who cared for May during her illness, especially the Doctors of Cornmarket Surgery, Southern Area Hospice, District and Marie Curie nurses for the care and kindness shown during her final days. Our sincere thanks to Digney Funeral Directors, for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. As it would be impossible to thank everyone, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. May’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated at 10.30 am on Sunday, 19 December in St Mary’s Chapel, Newry.
