We the family of the late (Mary) May McConnell wish to express our sincere appreciation to kind relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised and supported us through our sad bereavement. We greatly appreciated all those who called at the family home, brought food, sent cards, telephoned and everyone who attended the funeral including those who stood out along the route to pay their respects. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made donations to MS Society Omagh Branch.
We wish to express our sincere gratitude to all Health Care professionals involved in mums care, Dr Greene, Dr O’Hare, District Nurses, Bradleys Pharmacy, the staff from Careplus, Castlederg, Glen Caring, WHSCT Homecare, End of Life Care Team, Ambulance Service and staff at Altnagelvin Hospital.
Special thanks to Rev Dinsmore for his pastoral care and for the beautiful funeral service. Also thanks to Ian for taking part in the service and Callum for reading Psalm 23, the organist, church wardens and grave diggers.
