Mervyn HUNTER

The Wife Lena, Sons Stephen and Niall and Family Circle of the late Mervyn Hunter wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them during their recent sudden and sad bereavement.

Our heartfelt thanks to all the kind relatives, friends and neighbours from near and far who sent cards, telephoned, sent messages, brought food, attended the wake and funeral and helped and supported them so much, especially Andy, Kyra, Mavis and Gillian for their help during the wake.

We offer a sincere word of thanks to those who very kindly gave donations in Mervyn’s memory to NI Chest, Heart and Stroke.

Our grateful thanks to the Rev Canon R.J.N. Porteous for his compassion, help and support and for conducting the funeral service at the home, Church and graveside, also to the Organist and Gravediggers.

A special word of thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of Ward B1, Antrim Area Hospital for the care and dignity offered to Mervyn and the Family in his final days.

Thanks also to Tanya and Staff of The Royal Hotel for the hospitality and refreshments served after the burial.

Many thanks to Helen and Staff of D. Watters Funeral Services, Tobermore for the efficient, dignified, and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral.

As it is impossible to thank everyone for the humbling and genuine support we received, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all in grateful appreciation.

Lena, Stephen, Niall and Family, Cookstown
