The Wife and Family of the late Mervyn McFarland, Cookstown who passed away on 14th January 2024, would like to offer their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the many friends and family circle who visited the home, brought flowers and food, sent sympathy cards, attended the funeral and provided emotional and practical support during a very sad time for the family.

We would very much like to thank Antrim Hospital Renal Unit, NI Ambulance Services, Marie Curie Nurses, Anne’s Carers and all the Staff at Loy Street Medical Centre for providing exceptional and compassionate care to Mervyn during his illness.

We especially would also like to thank the Rev T Greer and Mr R Maxwell for their comforting words and dedicated support to Mervyn, especially in the final weeks of his life.

Also, thanks to the Royal Hotel for their kindness in supplying the family with food, D Watters Funeral Services for their dignified and professional handling of the funeral arrangements and those who gave donations in lieu of flowers to Marie Curie and Antrim Hospital Renal Unit.

We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude.
