Michael (Mick) STONE

STONE, 13th June 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, MICHAEL (MICK, late of Peterborough), beloved husband of Margaret (née McLaughlin, formerly of Nelson Street), loving father of Mary, Samantha and Catherine, dear father-in-law to Gary and Darren, devoted grandfather of Sean, Conor, Shona, Leah, Sammie, Abby, Ben and Casey and great-grandfather of Noah, Emma-Leigh, Lauren and Lewis, cherished brother of Margaret, Richard and the late John and a dear and loving uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle.

Mick will be reposing at Bradley & McLaughlin’s funeral home, 31 William Street, on Sunday 15th June from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Funeral leaving Bradley & McLaughlin’s funeral home on Monday 16th June at 9:30am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if wished, to Friends of Altnagelvin (ICU and Ward 50) C/o Mr Peter Nicholl, MDEC Unit, Altnagelvin Hospital, Glenshane Road, Derry, BT47 6SB.
