Michael Oliver (Oliver) Bennett
Oliver’s wife Maureen, children Róisín, Ciarán, Máire, Seán and Dónal together with their families wish to thank sincerely all those who sympathised with them on Oliver’s recent passing. We were deeply touched by the many people who attended Oliver’s funeral or sent cards, letters, made calls and posted online tributes.
We wish to thank especially Deacon Philip for his spiritual guidance throughout and for concelebrating such a personal requiem mass. Thanks to Frances Hannaway and Niamh Noade for providing such wonderful music.
We extend our personal thanks to McGennity funeral directors for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
We wish to thank all staff in Newtownhamilton Health Centre, Daisy Hill Hospital and the community who cared for Oliver during his illness with such care and compassion.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our gratitude and appreciation.
Oliver’s months mind mass will be celebrated at The Church of the Sacred Heart, Lislea at 9am on Sunday 2 October 2022.
