We, the family of the late Michael O’Connor would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us and attended our beloved Michael’s wake and funeral mass.
Heartfelt thanks to our family, friends, neighbours and all who brought mass and sympathy cards, flowers and food to the wake. It was greatly appreciated and your support was a great comfort to us.
Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses, Coronary Care and Ward 22, Altnagelvin Hospital who cared for Michael. Also Doctors Quinn, Brolly & Ross, Scroggy Road Health Centre and District Nurses, Eglinton Medical Practice for their exceptional care, dignity and respect showed to Michael.
We extend sincere thanks to Fr Mc Dermott for his support, kindness and meaningful requiem mass and to all those who participated in the mass. Thank you to Glack GAC & St Mary’s Faughanvale GAA for providing a guard of honour at the funeral.
Thank you to WJ O Brien & Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton for their professional and dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Many thanks to all who gave donations in lieu of flowers to Friends of Altnagelvin, Coronary Care.

Michael’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in Star of the Sea Church, Faughanvale on Friday 15th September @ 7.30pm.
