We the family of Michelle wish to express our deep appreciation and most sincere thanks to all of those who sympathised with us during the recent and sad loss of a loving wife, mother, Grandmother and sister.
A special thanks to all the staff at the North West Cancer Centre in Altnagelvin Hospital, especially Dr Malek who cared and supported Michelle. We would also like to thank the District Nurses who tirelessly cared for Michelle through such a difficult time with great kindness and care, as well as the Palliative Care Nurses. We thank the staff of Dungiven and Feeny Health Clinic, as well as Dr Peter Byrne and Dr Stewart Knox who tended to Michelle so intently. Also, our thanks to the staff of McDaid’s Pharmacy for their care and attention to Michelle.
A special thanks to Father Kelly for the lovely prayers and beautiful funeral service. We thank the grave attendants for preparing the grave and we also thank Jolene and Martin for their beautiful singing.
We would like to thank Martin Myles for controlling the traffic during the funeral cortège.
Our sincerest thanks to our family, friends and neighbours who attended the funeral home, wake, and funeral. We also thank those who sent comforting messages, mass cards, phone calls, and those who joined us through webcam. We would like to thank those who helped in making tea and food for the wake, it is deeply appreciated. We would also like to extend our thanks to SuperValu Dungiven for their sympathies and for supplying food and drink. Our thanks also go to Cathal Carton for supplying the beautiful flowers for the funeral service. We would like to thank Matt Bonner and ladies for supplying the lovely refreshments after the funeral.
A special thanks to McLaughlin’s Funeral Directors - Deborah, Seamus, and Eugene - for your care and sensitivity throughout the funeral arrangements and doing so in such a dignified manner. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and for providing exceptional service.

Michelle’s month mind mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church, Dungiven on 7th October at 6pm
