The family of the late Nana Chambers, wish to express our deepest thanks for the heartfelt support and sympathy received following the sad loss of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
We would like to offer our sincere thanks to our extended family, friends, neighbours, as well as the wider community, and to all who came to the wake and funeral offering their sympathies. Each gesture brought much comfort during this sad and difficult time.
Thank you to the medical staff from Glendermott Medical, the Hospital at Home Team, and the carers who attended Nana at home; in particular Cathy and Katelyn.
A very special thanks to Fr Michael Canny for his unwavering prayers and support throughout the last few years, and for officiating at the funeral mass. We would also like to thank Sally Mae Comey for the beautiful singing.
