McKenna (née McClenaghan) - Lower Tirkane, Maghera.
Danny, Adele, Laoisa and the entire family circle of the late Nellie R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
Thanks to the Doctors, nurses and staff of A&E Antrim Area Hospital for the care given to Nellie and the support to the family.
A special thanks to Fr Paddy Doherty for his spiritual support, guidance and for celebrating the Requiem Mass and Fr Kieran Doherty for his pastoral care and concelebrating the Mass.
Thanks to Una McGill for the beautiful music; the church sacristan and volunteers, the Oakleaf Restaurant for providing refreshments after the funeral, and Gavin Toner who prepared the grave.
The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who helped them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, sent donations and those who gathered along the route to the Church and attended the funeral, we are truly grateful.
The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
The month mind Mass for Nellie will be celebrated on Friday 3rd July 2026 at 7:30pm in St.Patrick’s Church, Glen Maghera.
