McAleer, Nell. St Dympna’s Road, Dromore. Died 19th January 2021.

Nell passed away peacefully at home on the 19th of January, a widely respected and much-loved wife, mother, sister and friend. We, her family, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us in our recent sad bereavement. We have been overwhelmed by the sheer volume of mass and sympathy cards, letters and private messages we have received. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way.

A special thank you to Fr. Patrick MacEntee for his spiritual support and the comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially our musicians who provided the beautiful music. Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors and the grave digger for the dignified and professional way the funeral arrangements were carried out.

We extend a sincere thank you to the community nurses and the staff of SWAH and Ward 50 in Altnagelvin, who cared so professionally and compassionately for Nell during her illness.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.

Nell’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Davog’s Church, Dromore and can be viewed via the parish webcam on www.dromorecatholicparish.com on Saturday 13th March 2021 at 7pm.
