Nelly Donaghy
The family of the late Neilly Donaghy wish to express our sincere heartfelt
appreciations to everyone who extended their sympathies and
support following the recent loss of our much loved father, brother,
uncle, grandfather and great grandfather.
Thank you to all who paid their respects, sent Mass and sympathy cards
and attended the wake and funeral. We sincerely thank all who brought food and made tea,
coffee and sandwiches for the wake including Cordelias Ring Road, Newry Road and
JP's Irish Street, Armagh.
We also express our thanks to Devlins bar for the use of equipment and
to the Toby Jug for their hospitality after the funeral.
We would especially like to thank the staff of Greenpark Nursing Home
for their care and kindness shown to Neilly during his time with them.
We also wish to thank the members of the Pearse Og's Club and Eugene Quinn Handball Club
for the beautiful guard of honour that they provided at the funeral.
A special word of thanks to Fr David Nugent and Fr Barry Matthews for
celebrating a beautiful Requiem Mass and to Cathy Kelly and Patricia Hagan for the wonderful music.
Finally, we offer our heartfelt gratitude to Hugo and all the staff at JJ McArdle & Sons Funeral Directors
for the guidance, compassion and professionalism with which they
carried out all the funeral arrangements during this difficult time.
Neilly's months mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday 29th June 7.30pm in St Malachy's chapel.
