Beloved husband of Barbara. Much loved father of Graham, Laura and Glenn and father-in-law of Kathy, Jon and Louise, adored grandfather of Anna.

Service in S Clarke and Son’s Funeral Church, Bangor on Wednesday 30th March 2022 at 11.00 am. Funeral afterwards to Clandeboye Cemetery, Bangor.

Noel was a very special uncle who I will miss dearly. He was a big part of our family and I will cherish the lovely memories we have. After dad passed away, he always looked out for me and I loved his wats app messages he sent me. I’m so glad I was able to visit him in hospital and spend that special time with him days before he sadly passed away.
