Nora O'BRIEN
The Family of the late Nora O’Brien. Cookstown, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement on the loss of a beloved Mum, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. They have been comforted and sustained by the thoughts and prayers of their many relatives, friends and neighbours.
Special thanks to those who sent cards, visited the family home, telephoned, sent messages, letters or gifts. We took great comfort from the support of everyone who lined the funeral cortege route as Nora made her final journey and from those who joined us in person or online at Holy Trinity Church for the Mass of thanksgiving for her life. Special thanks to Father Lawrence Boyle and Deacon Eamon for their spiritual support and visits to the house , to Mrs Aine Lynch and Mrs Ann - Marie Slater who provided the music and renditions of some of Nora’s favourite hymns.
Our sincere gratitude to Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Dr Graham’s Surgery and District Nursing Team for all their care and attention especially Dr McBride in the last few weeks of her failing health. We are indebted to all the young carers for their devoted care and attention over the past few years, without all their help and support it would not have been possible to have our darling Mum with us in her own home.
A special word of thanks to the Staff of Niall Loughran Funeral Directors and in particular a mention for Colleen who attended to all the arrangements for us in an efficient, sympathetic and discrete manner.
Please accept our thanks to those who have kindly donated money in lieu of flowers to Saint Vincent de Paul in Mum's memory. It has been greatly appreciated.
We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
“In our hearts you will live forever”
