The death has occurred of:
Norman LUCY
The family of the late Norman Raymond Lucy wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone who supported us in the sad loss of Norman. Thanks to all who visited the family home, sent sympathy cards and donations to Marie Curie and also the large number of people who attended the funeral.
We very much appreciated the care and great kindness given by the Marie Curie nurses, Pamela and the team from the Foyle Hospice, Eglinton Health Centre nurses, North West Carers and also to Dr M Carroll, Bridge Street Medical for his constant support during Norman’s illness.
Thanks also to the PSNI and Roads Police for their looking after traffic arrangements, also the ladies of Faughanvale Presbyterian Church for providing the tea after the funeral.
A special word of thanks to Canon Stewart Wright for the relevant and personal manner in which he conducted the thanksgiving service, also to Canon Paul Hoey for the meaningful tribute we received in his absence.
Sincere thanks to W J O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton, for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of the family’s appreciation.
