Olive Alexandra West (née Forde)
January 23, 2017 (peacefully) at Weaver’s House Care Home, dearly loved wife of Eric, 46 Lower Grange Road, Cookstown, loving mother of Glenn, Judith (Lawrence), Jill (Freeburn) and Simon, mother-in-law of Caran, Marcus, Gary and Myrtle, precious nannie of Matthew, Nicole, Lynsey, Myles, Dale, Lisa, Clive and Gareth and dear sister of Louie, Ivor and Gwennie.
A service of thanksgiving will take place in Derryloran Parish Church on Wednesday, 25 January at 1.00pm, followed by interment in Desertcreat Parish Churchyard.
