Owen McCRYSTAL

Owen Mc Crystal., Arvalee, Omagh. Co Tyrone. Died 19th June 2023.

The family of the late Owen wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us in so many ways through our recent loss. Owen was a dearly loved Father, Father-in-law, Grandfather and Friend to many.

Thank you to those who visited the wake house, sent comforting cards, messages and support, lined the funeral route and to those who joined us at the requiem Mass.
We’d like to give sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped us throughout this time in so many ways.

A special word of thanks to Father Rev Father Kevin McElhennon PP, Father Peadar Murney and Father Jim O’Connell for their spiritual support and the comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who took part in the Liturgy, especially our musicians Gerada McCann, Eamon McElhom, Declan O’ Kane and Aaron McGurgan who provided the beautiful music in the Chapel and Frankie Devine and Ann McGrory at the Burial.

Thank you to O’Kane Brothers Funeral Directors for their support and the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Our thanks also to The Village Inn, Killyclogher for the very welcome refreshments after the burial.
We would also like to give special thanks to all the caring staff for their excellent level of care, attention, love and company they gave to Owen and Mary and Eugene during the last year of his life, we will be forever grateful.

Owen is loved and missed every day here on earth. May his gentle, generous spirit be granted peace and eternal rest. May he enjoy endless nights of music sessions with Kitty his wife and the many family and friends waiting for him.
His Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Killyclogher, Omagh on Thursday 20th July at 7.30pm. Please join the family in The Village Inn, next door to the Chapel, for tea afterwards
