Owen O’Neill RIP Acknowledgement

We the family of the late Owen O’Neill wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. We thank everyone who attended the wake/funeral, telephoned, sent Mass/sympathy cards, flowers, messages, and to all who generously provided food/refreshments. We wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who helped us during this difficult time providing valued emotional support. We are very appreciative of all those who travelled long distances to be with us.

Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at The Medical Centre, Coalisland, Sandville Nursing home for the care and compassion they give Owen and to Donnelly & McAleer chemist.

A special word of thanks to Canon Benny Fee who led prayers in Owen's home and celebrated his Requiem Funeral Mass, to Fr John McCallion for his prayers and spiritual support. We thank Margaret Taggart (Sacristan), Oliver Brady and John McCabe (Eucharistic Ministers) and everyone who took part in the liturgy.

Our immense gratitude to Edel and Pasty at Patsy Taggart Funeral Service for their attention to detail, for carrying out Owen's funeral arrangements in such a timely, dignified and professional manner. We are grateful for your guidance and support.

Also to Killyman GFC, Derrytresk GFC, the grave diggers, to Siobhan Robinson and Rory Madden for their beautiful music, and to Gervin's Bar for refreshments after the funeral service.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. Owen's month mind will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church, Clonoe on Thursday 7th November at 7.30 pm.
