Paddy
Paddy’s wife Rose and children Siobhan, Roisin, Eamonn and Connall, would like to express their sincere thanks to all who supported and sympathised with them during their recent bereavement. Thank you to everyone who called at the house, attended the funeral and sent Mass and sympathy cards or messages of support.
We would particularly like to thank Alec McDowell and Owen Duffy who helped Paddy when he took ill suddenly, as well as the paramedics, Colm and Joanne, who were kind and professional in their care. Thanks also to the nurses and doctors at the Ulster Hospital who looked after Paddy in his final hours.
Thank-you to Father Henry for attending the house and celebrating Paddy’s requiem Mass and to Bernie and Marty who provided the music. Thanks also to the team at Charles O’Rourke and Sons for their guidance and service in coordinating Paddy’s funeral. Thanks too to T. Duffy and Sons who provided catering for the wake and the staff at Murphy’s for providing refreshments after the funeral.
We especially want to thank all the family, friends and neighbours who have supported us with practical help and kind words at this difficult time. It is impossible to thank everyone individually and we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our deepest appreciation.
Paddy’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place at St Patrick’s Church on Monday 30th September at 7:30pm.
