We the family of Pat Cushnahan would like to express our sincere & heartfelt thanks to our entire family circle, friends, neighbours & everyone who helped, brought food & donated to Marie Curie during our recent sad bereavement.

To those who attended the wake, sent mass cards & sympathy cards, messaged & phoned and to those who attended the funeral thank you.

A special thank you to the Acute Care at Home Team who attended to Pat in his last few days. To Craigavon Area Hospital doctors, nurses and staff, the Ambulance crews, Rapid Response Paramedics, Ambulance Triage, Resus nurses /doctors & 2 North who attended to Pat during his numerous stays thank you. To Dr O’Donnell & staff at The Medical Centre Coalisland for their diligent care to Pat over the years & to the staff of O’Neills Pharmacy Coalisland & the COPD Services Dungannon thank you.

Thank you to Canon Fee & Fr McCallion for celebrating Requiem Mass in the respectful & thoughtful way they did & to Canon Fee who visited Pat on many first Fridays & attending to him in the last few minutes of his life.

To Patsy & Edel of Taggart Funeral Services we offer our sincere thanks for the professional & dignified manner in which you ensured Pat was laid to rest.

Many thanks to Siobhan Robinson for the beautiful music & Mary Quinn as Eucharistic Minister during the funeral mass. Thank you to Derrylaughan Kevin Barrys for their help during the wake and for the guard of honour at his home & at the pitch of Kevin Barrys GFC. Thank you to Derrytresk GFC for the post funeral lunch & the loan of cups etc. Also thank you to Falls Bar for the loan of cups etc during the wake.

Thank you to St Vincent de Paul, Springisland Supermarket, Newell Stores & Berts Pizza for the food provided during the wake.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.

Pats months mind mass will be celebrated in St Brigid's Church Brocagh at 7.30pm on Tuesday 7 January 2025.
