David, Peter and Joanne Crapp wish to express our most sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
We wish to also thank our extended family, friends and neighbours who provided love, generosity and kindness during this time.
To all those who attended and assisted at the wake and funeral. To those who sent cards and telephoned, your presence was appreciated so much and we take the strength from all of the support.
The the doctors in Clarendon Medical, Bryson, Marie Curie, Foyle Hospice, District Nurses, Churches Trust and Alzheimers Society, for the love and care and respect they had through the duration of mum's illness.
We would like to thank Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for their compassionate, professional and dignified manner throughout the funeral and the weeks after.
Pat will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, sister, auntie, friend and neighbour who always put others needs before her own.
The Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in Holy Family Chapel, Ballymagroarty on Thursday 15th. September 2022 at 7:15 p.m.
