We the family of the late Pat Crossan, Aughan Park, Poyntzpass
wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who supported and
sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
Sincere thanks to those who paid their respect, sent Mass cards Sympathy cards
attended the wake and funeral providing much practical and emotional support.
This was a great comfort to us all at a very sad time and allowed us to
celebrate the life of Pat through the stories and yarns told during this time.

We extend a special thanks to Fr Corrigan for his great support to Pat during
his illness and his kind words during the Requiem Mass and also to Fr Woods.
Thanks to Emma and Orlaith for the beautiful hymns and all our family and friends
who took part in the readings, prayers and offertory.
The beautiful guard of honour from Redmond O'Hanlons Club from Pat's home
to the gates of the football field which he was so proud to have been part of over the years.
To the Poyntzpass Community hub for the use of their facilities and to Rice’s Hotel
for the beautiful food afterwards.
We as a family are truly grateful also for all the support and help
given to us by all at McArdles Undertakers, Armagh, very professional and friendly throughout.

Our deepest appreciation to the NHS health care services and teams who looked after and attended Pat.
A special word of thanks to the Doctors and staff of Markethill Health Centre, district nurses,
community teams, Marie Curie, Macmillian staff, Consultants and staff at Craigavon Area Hospital and
the City Hospital Belfast for all they done throughout Pat's illness and
the wonderful careers who helped make that last few weeks at home easier for Pat.

Although it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this
acknowledgement and thanks as a token of our families deep appreciation to you all.
Pat’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church Ballyargan on Sunday 7th August at 10am.
His beloved Wife Mary, loving daughters Fiona, Patricia, Katrina and Joanne
and our close family thank you all most graciously for everything and offer our appreciation and prayers to you all.

Have you considered?
