The death has occurred of:
Patricia Eileen FRAZER (née Heenan)
FRAZER (née Heenan) - 28th March 2021 (suddenly) at her home, 15 Glencurry Road, Omagh, Patricia Eileen, dearly loved wife of Ivan, loving mother of Julie (Stephen), Gemma (Matthew), Lee (Emma-Jayne) and Chloe (Jonny) and much loved nana of Freddie and Harry.
Sadly due to current restrictions house and funeral strictly private.
A family service will be held in Mountfield Parish Church on Wednesday followed by interment in adjoining churchyard.

Will be sadly missed by her loving husband, family and entire family circle.
