Patricia Florence (Pat) WEST
November 27th 2022, peacefully at Magherafelt Manor Nursing Home, formerly of Tobarcooran Avenue, Glengormley.
Beloved wife of the late William (Billy), devoted and much loved mother of Derek and Sharon, loving mother-in-law of Laura and Sam and special nana of Kristyn, Mark and Caleb.
A private committal in Carnmoney Cemetery will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving in Molesworth Presbyterian Church, Cookstown on Wednesday 30th November at 2.00pm.
