Carnwath Patricia Lesley (Diane) (nee Jackson) February 9, 2024 Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital (in the tender loving care of her family) much loved wife of Ken, devoted mum of Amanda, Andrea, and Kerry, loving mother-in-law of Sam, Andy and David, adored nan of Ryan, Jess, Sophie, Louise, Jay, Tegan, Kenzie, Parker and Lincoln, dearest great-nan of Alexander, cherished sister of David and Noel, treasured sister-in-law of John, Trevor, Alwyn, Heather and Yvonne.
Service of Thanksgiving for her life in her late home 37, Aughlish Court, Caw, Londonderry on Sunday 11th February at 1.30pm followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery.
Family time between hours of 10.00 p.m. and 11.00 a.m. please, by request.
