The husband Ken, daughters Amanda, Andrea, Kerry and entire family circle of the late Patricia Lesley (Diane) Carnwath (nee Jackson) wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
Heartfelt thanks to all the kind relatives, friends and neighbours, who called at the family home, brought gifts, sent cards, letters, telephoned, gave donations in lieu of flowers, attended the funeral or helped in any way deep gratitude is extended.
A special thanks to the Drs and Nursing Staff Altnagelvin Hospital Ward 22, for all their care and medical attention shown to Diane.
Special word of thanks to Rev Nigel Cairns for his visitations, prayers words of comfort and for conducting a lovely service in the family home and at the graveside.
Thanks also to P.S.N.I for traffic control on the day of the funeral.
Extended word of thanks to Nigel, Kyle and Anneka of D and R Hay & Sons Funeral directors for the professional and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
