FRAZER, Patricia (Patsy) died 11th January 2016 peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital.
Beloved daughter of the late Samuel and Margaret, Loving Sister of Margaret, Jim, and the late Nan and Sammy R.I.P.
Patsy’s remains will be removed from her home 13 Westway, Derry at 9:30am on Thursday 14th to St. Mary’s Church Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10am.
Funeral Immediately afterwards to Altnagelvin Cemetery.
On Her Soul Sweet Jesus Have Mercy.
