The death has taken place April 20th 2019
at the Royal Victoria Hospital of Patrick Cooke
14 Ballyfatten Park, Sion Mills.
Beloved husband of the late Bernadette,
much loved father of Pat, Christopher and Martina
and brother of Kath, Pauline, Anne, Anthony, Rosemary
and the late Christina and William.
Reposing at his home on Saturday (April 20th) from 7p.m.
Funeral leaving his home on Monday (April 22nd) at 9.30a.m. for Requiem Mass
in St Theresa`s Church, Sion Mills at 10a.m.
Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing daughter, sons, grandchildren,
great grandchildren, brother, sisters and family circle.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
