Acknowledgement.
Patrick Joseph Farry, Trillick, Co Tyrone & Formerly Manchester.
Died 17th July 2025.
The recent loss of our much loved Pat-Joe has left a deep void in the lives and hearts of all who knew and loved him. Pat-Joe was a widely respected, hard-working gentleman, but primarily he was a devoted family man, loving son of the late Patrick and Sara-Ellen. Much loved brother of James, Marie, Dessie, Dympna, Stephen, Ursula and the late Catherine, Noreen and Rosetta. Brother in law of Richard, Gretta, Bernie, Mickey, Pat and the late Sean.
We, his family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us through our recent sad bereavement.
Thank you to everyone who called to the wake in Grianan House Funeral Home. Sincere thanks to all who brought food and helped, this was greatly appreciated. Our thanks also to those who sent Mass or Sympathy cards, messages, flowers or donations in lieu, lined the funeral route or joined us at the Requiem Mass, especially those who travelled long distances to be with us.
We are blessed to have had the love and support of our family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues, your support throughout this difficult time has helped us in so many ways.
A special word of thanks to Father Seán Mulligan for his prayers in the Funeral Home and to Father Pádraig MacKenna PP for his spiritual support and the very comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who took part in the Liturgy, especially our readers, and our musicians Michaela Dolan & Louise Coyle, who provided the beautiful reverent and uplifting music.
Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner, in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the gravedigger Brendan for preparing Pat-Joe’s final resting place. Also to Sheenagh of Bumblebee Garden the beautiful floral tribute, and to Mary Warnock and her team in Trillick Leisure Centre for the most welcome refreshments after the burial.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
Pat-Joe is loved and missed every day. May his passionate, kind, generous soul be granted peace and eternal rest. His Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Macartan’s Church, Trillick on Sunday 24th August at 11am. Our Lady pray for him.
