Patrick (Paddy) Campbell
The family of the late Paddy Campbell wish to express our heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to everyone who supported and sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
We are deeply grateful to our family, friends and neighbours who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards, sympathy cards and messages of condolences, telephoned, visited and brought food to our home. Your kindness, support and generosity brought us comfort during this most difficult time.
We would also like to sincerely thank those who supported and cared for Paddy during his illness with such kindness, compassion, dignity and professionalism. In particular, Ann’s Home Care Team, the District Nursing Team, the Acute Care at Home Team, the Hospice at Home Team and the staff at Clanrye Surgery.
A special word of thanks to Ballyholland Harps GAC and Diamonds Restaurant for kindly providing the venue and refreshments following the funeral service.
Our sincere thanks to Father Moffett for celebrating the requiem mass and for his comforting words to our family. Thanks also to everyone who participated in the mass: Kerrie Kennedy for the music and the Sacristans.
Finally, we extend our thanks to Charles Digney and Sons for the respectful and professional way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude.
Paddy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 2nd August at 10.30am in St. Mary’s Church, Chapel Street, Newry
