The family of the late Patrick (Paddy) Arthurs wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement. We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Fr McAleer for his spiritual support and the manner in which he celebrated the Funeral Mass. we would also like to thank Fr Hannigan for his care and attention to Daddy and our family during his last few weeks.

To all the kind neighbours and friends who brought food, organised car parking or helped in anyway, we are forever indebted to you. Heartfelt thanks to the Community Care Team who looked after Daddy at home and to all the staff at Glenview Nursing Home for your compassion and kindness to Daddy and our family especially in his last few weeks.

A special word of thanks to Damien, Caoimhe and Pat for their beautiful music at the Mass. Appreciation also to the gravediggers and to E Quinn & Sons for their professional and dignified management of the funeral arrangements. We also wish to thank the staff of Quinn’s Corner who provided refreshments after the funeral.

Given that it not possible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by everyone as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Daddy’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 10th December in The Church of St John the Baptist, Galbally at 10am
