We the family of the late Pat Rodden wish to express our appreciation and gratitude to everyone who sympatised with us during our recent sad bereavement.

We offer our heartfelt thanks for the many acts of kindness and generosity from our kind relatives, neighbours and very special friends.

Thanks to all who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards, messages of condolence or made a charitable donation.

A special word of thanks to the emergency services who attended our home and provided both practical and emotional support at a very difficult time.

Sincere thanks to Fr. Walsh for the beautiful requiem mass to Fr. Baker and Fr. Bradley who called to our home. To. Pat's nieces and nephews who participated in the mass and to Isobel Caldwell for the beautiful singing and music, we offer our thanks.

Thanks to Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for the caring, dignifed and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

Thanks also to Stephen Porter for the graveside services and the Laurentic Bar for providing the meal after the funeral.

Perhaps you sent a lovely card,
or sat quietly in a chair,
perhaps you sent a funeral spray,
if so, we saw it there.

Perhaps you spoke the kindest words,
as any friend could say;
Perhaps you were not there at all,
just thought of us that day.

Whatever you did to console our hearts,
we thank you so very much,
whatever the part.

Pat's month mind mass will be celebrated in Star of the Sea, Desertegney on Sunday 19th February at 10am.
