We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Patsy Hazlett Née O’ Reilly , peacefully at home 58 Ard Na Smoll Dungiven Co Derry on 24 th April 2019, may she rest in peace.
Beloved wife of Hugh and loving mother to Emmet , Clodagh and Bronagh .
Dear grandmother to Erin , Carla , Aoife , Shannon , Aine , Shauna , Dylan , Che , Rose, Kyla-May, Cathan and Cathir.
Reposing from her late residence, funeral leaving from there on Friday 26th of April at 12.15 pm for 1pm requiem mass in St Patrick’s Church Dungiven , interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Deeply regretted by her loving husband , daughters and son , grandchildren and the entire family circle .
