JORDAN, Patsy. The family of the late Patsy wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
A special thanks to Fr. Heagney for his spiritual support, guidance and provision of such a personalised requiem mass. Thanks to Andrea Begley, Patrick Slevin and Siobhan Quinn for the beautiful music, the sacristan and those who prepared the grave.
Thank you to all those who sent mass cards, sympathy cards, called at the house, brought/provided food and refreshments, provided lights, organised traffic management, attended the funeral or helped in any way.
Thank you for those who stood along the route as we made the journey to the chapel, we took great comfort on the morning of the funeral from the support of everyone who lined the funeral cortege route, for those who joined us at the chapel and for those who viewed Patsy’s funeral mass online. To Eglish GAC and Eglish Camogie Club for the thoughtful guards of honour. It has given us all great comfort in knowing how loved and respected Patsy was by you all.
A special thanks to Vincent and Marian Daly for the beautiful meal provided at Ryandale, Moy afterwards.
We would also like to thank the staff at the Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital who cared for Patsy with unfailing kindness and attention. Thank you to Paudge Quinn and the staff of Edward Quinn & Son Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Patsy’s Months Mind mass will take place on Monday 26 September at 7.30pm in St Patrick’s Church, Eglish and can be viewed online at the following link Eglish Parish Online Mass
