We the family of the late Patsy, would like to express our deepest appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all who supported us during our recent bereavement. Patsy was the beloved husband of Briege (nee Kelly), much loved father of Eugene, James (Ursula), Martin, Ursula (Raymond), Kerry (Tara) and Gemma (Christopher). Cherished granda to 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Much loved brother of Margaret, John, Philomena, Marian, Bernedette and the late Frankie and James RIP.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended Patsy’s wake and funeral, shared stories and memories, sent messages and sympathy cards and gave so generously of their time. Every gesture of support was greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
Thank you to all the staff at Silverdale Care home in Castlederg for their kindness and professionalism in his final illness. Your compassion brought great comfort to Patsy and all of us during this difficult time.
Our sincere thanks to Claude Mc Kervey who looked after all the funeral arrangements with the utmost dignity, respect and professionalism.
We would also like to thank Father McManus for his touching words throughout the service and for delivering a homily that captured Patsy so well.
We are deeply grateful to the singers and musicians, Sinead Moncrieff, Eamonn Donnelly, Janette Durnin Mongan, Patrica Muldoon and Seamus Mc Donnell. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Funeral Mass and burial, giving Patsy a farewell he would have greatly appreciated.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a sincere expression of our deepest gratitude.
Patsy’s months mind mass will be celebrated in St. Josephs Church, Ederney on Friday the 31th of July at 7.30pm. All are welcome.
