Remains leaving Damian Smith Undertakers on Tuesday 22nd at 10:30am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church Madden, burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his brothers, sister, nieces, nephews and entire family circle.
