The death has occurred of

Peggy Kearns (née Darragh)

Peggy Kearns

KEARNS -DUNLOY
We the family, husband Vincent, daughters Margaret Mary, Pauline and Eleanor, sons Barney and Declan of the late Peggy Kearns would like to express our sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement.
Thanks to all those who sent Mass cards, Sympathy cards, telephoned and sent text messages. We took great comfort from them all.
We would like to thank all our family, friends and neighbours who turned out in such large numbers to pay their respects in both Kilrea and Dunloy and along the Tullaghans Road and outside Fassagh Park. We were truly humbled. We wish to thank the Doctors and staff of Kilrea and Ballymoney Health Centres and the staff of Kennedys Pharmacy Dunloy for all the medical care and support they provided for Peggy.
We extend our gratitude to the staff of St. James Lodge Ballymoney who lovingly cared for Peggy for the last ten months. Thank you to Fr. Brennan for his prayers and kind words at the Burial Service and also to Fr. Blaney and Fr. Mc Nally for their support. We would also like to thank Fr. Mc Caughan for administering the Last Rites to Peggy. Thanks also to Marie Henry who brought Communion every week. Thanks to Dora Mc Garry for the beautiful singing at the graveside and to Wishy Drain who prepared the grave. Thanks also to Rosemary, Patricia, Mary and Sarah who provided food for the family after the burial.
We wish to thank most sincerely Dempsey Funeral Directors for their professionalism, dignity and care during Peggy’s funeral. A special thank you to Mairead for her guidance to us at a very difficult time.
Thanks to everyone for their support and as it’s not possible to thank everyone personally we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date to celebrate Peggy’s life. Peggy’s Month’s mind Mass will be celebrated via the Parish webcam on Sunday 24th May at 10.00 am. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.
DUNLOY, KILREA, BELLAGHY, BELFAST AND ARDBOE
