We, the family of the late Peter Tuohey (RIP) would like to offer our heartfelt appreciation to all our extended family, friends and neighbours who sympathised and comforted us during our recent sad bereavement.
We would like to thank everyone who called at our home, provided food and refreshments, sent mass and sympathy cards, flower tributes, telephoned and messaged through social media.
We also wish to acknowledge the ambulance service that attended Peter and did everything possible in a caring and professional manner.
A special thanks to everyone who attended the funeral in person and those who joined via the parish webcam. A special thanks to Peter’s work colleagues and AOH members who lined the funeral cortege and gave Peter a very fitting send off. Sincere thanks to Fr Boyle for the beautiful requiem mass and to those who helped out in the chapel. Also thanks to Fr Slater, Fr Gallagher, Fr Hughes and Fr Moore who called at the family home. A special thanks to Ryan McGarrity, Rachel McGarrity, PJ McDonald and Connor McCullagh for the beautiful music/singing both in the chapel and at the graveside.
Thanks to Colleen and staff of Niall A Loughran Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements andalso to the grave diggers. Also thanks to Adrian Bell Drone Services for capturing the video footage.
Thanks to Mickey McElhatton and staff of the Greenvale Hotel who provided refreshments after the funeral mass.
