We the family of the late Raymond Martin would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to the many friends, neighbours and family members who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
Special thanks to Drs Lennon & Hunter, treatment room nurses and staff of Donaghcloney Surgery, the Home Care Team, Drs Morgan & Hollywood and staff from the Renal Unit Daisyhill for their years of care for Raymond.
Sincere thanks to the staff in Scarva Unit Bannview Care Home for their devoted care to Raymond. Special thanks to the nurse and carers for their exceptional care during Raymond’s last few days and for their invaluable support to us.
Thankyou to all those who made donations in lieu of flowers to NI Kidney Research.
Thanks to Rev Adrian Moffett, Jim Erwin and staff of Malcomsons for the caring manner in which they conducted the services at home and at the grave , and all funeral arrangements.
We were overwhelmed and comforted by the number of people who lined the road as we left the family home, and as we are unable to thank everyone in person we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
