Rev. Deacon John McCLELLAND

McClelland, Rev. Deacon John, (Newry) died peacefully at his home, 20 Oakvale Avenue on Sunday 6th November, beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Paula and Caroline, loving grandfather of Éabha, Enna, Neil Óg, Neilah and Caoimhe, father-in-law of Neil and Darren.

His remains will repose at his late residence today (Monday) from 5pm. Removal on Wednesday at 11.20am for 12 noon Requiem Mass in the Cathedral of SS Patrick & Colman, followed by interment in St, Mary’s cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife, daughters, grandchildren, son-in-laws, brothers Jimmy, Stephen and Raymond, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and the entire family circle.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired for St. John’s House, Southern Area Hospice Newry, and may be given to family members.

Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for him.
