The death has occurred of Riona Carroll (nee Flynn), 1 Ballybay Road, Monaghan, Co Monaghan, H18EF44, Sunday 19th February, 2023 peacefully after a short illness in Cavan General Hospital in the loving care of her family, nurses and staff of ward surgical 2.
May Riona's gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
Survived by husband Brian, son Daithí, daughter Madeleine (partner Liam), granddaughter and namesake Cathy, sisters Patricia and Mairead, sister-in-law Mary, nieces and nephew.
Reposing at her home on Monday from 5pm until 8pm, house strictly private at all other times. Removal on Tuesday at 12noon to arrive at St Tierney's Church, Roslea for funeral mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to Irish Cancer Society c/o Aidan Connolly, Funeral Director.
