Died 13th November 2022.
Rita passed away on the 13th of November 2022. A widely respected, devoted family lady and much-loved sister, sister-in-law, aunt, grand-aunt and friend.
We, her family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for, and supported us through our recent sad bereavement.
We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects. Thank-you to those who called to the family home, telephoned, sent Mass or sympathy cards, flowers or donations in lieu of flowers and to those who left messages online or via social media.
Thanks to those who lined the funeral route or who joined us at the Mass. Sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped in so many ways, to help us grieve as a family.
A special word of thanks to Father Patrick Mac Entee P.P. for his spiritual support over the years and to Father Denis Dolan for the comforting Requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who assisted with the Mass, especially our musician James McShane who provided the beautiful music.
Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the grave digger for preparing Rita’s final resting place. Also the St. Patrick’s Hall ladies for the lovely refreshments after the Mass.
We would also like to thank all of Rita’s carers, for their excellent level of care and attention to Rita during her illness.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
Rita’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Davog’s Church, Dromore on Saturday 10th December at 7pm. St. Padre Pio pray for her.
