Rita's family wish to express sincere thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported us during our recent sad loss. We thank all who called at the wake, provided practical help, supplied food, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards , letters, floral tributes and gifts and all who attended Rita's funeral.

Special thanks for the care, compassion and dedication of the Doctors and staff of Strule Medical Practice. Pharmacists and staff of Omagh Group Pharmacy; Beragh District Nursing Team; Nurses in the Community Respiratory Team; Community OT's; Physiotherapists; Podiatrists; the Community Dental Service; McGrath and McCrystal Opticians and Rita 's Medical Consultants. Sincere heartfelt thanks to all the Domiciliary Care Teams and to Rita's dear Carers who so lovingly cared for her during the last few years. We wish to also gratefully acknowledge the excellent support of the Palliative Care Teams, including the Rapid Response Team, N.l. Hospice Team and the lovely Marie Curie Carers.

Deep gratitude to Fr. McElhennon for the beautiful Requiem Mass and for his touching words about Rita. Remembering also his spritual care for Rita at home, together with Fr. McGeehan. Grateful appreciation to J Maguire for his kindness, sensitivity and respectfuI funeral direction.

Thanks to Jackie Loughran and Eamon Donnelly for the beautiful singing and music at the Mass and all who assisted with the funeral, including the Sacristan, booklet printers and grave diggers. Thanks also to MMB Catering for the funeral food and to the staff of Killyclogher Hall.

The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered in gratitude for the blessings. love and support given to our dearly beloved Rita during her life and passing.

Rita's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in Corpus Christi Chapel, Mountfield on Sunday 11th December at 10am.
