Robert (Wesley) NOBLE
The family of the late Robert (Wesley) Noble wish to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who supported them during their recent bereavement.
We express our gratitude and appreciation to all the staff at the South West Acute Hospital, particularly the staff of ward nine, who provided the exceptional care and support during Wesley’s time in hospital, and for the help and support given to the family during the same period. To all the pallative care team who supported both Wesley and the family during his illness. To all the team at the north west cancer centre for all the care, help and support during Wesley’s journey. To all the doctors, nurses and general staff in Irvinestown health centre for years of care and support to Wesley. To all the team from Pallative Care Transport who assisted in the travel for many appointments and treatments over the past number of years. The kindness and support offered by all who helped care for Wesley brought us great comfort and reassurance, and we will never forget you all for it.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who called at the house, brought food, prayed, offered words of sympathy, sent messages/social media comments/phone calls and those who sent sympathy cards. To all those who attended the wake and/or funeral, or stood out on the route for Wesley’s final journey. Thank you to all those who made donations in remembrance of Wesley to Fermanagh Friends Of The Cancer Centre.
Your kindness and compassion brought great comfort to us during an exceptionally difficult and sorrowful time.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to all of our dear family, friends and neighbours who provided endless support and assistance in so many practical ways throughout Wesley’s illness and during the wake and funeral. In particular, to all the ladies who worked endlessly providing and serving tea, refreshments and help at the wake. To our close neighbours who provided and arranged car parking and helped out in any way they could. To Stewart Graham for providing the mini bus for transport at the wake, and to Alan Robinson for driving people safely in and out the lane. To those who helped out with farm work and tending to livestock during a difficult few days. To all the team at Mahons Hotel who kindly provided delicious food for the wake. The giving of all your time, kindness and efforts was both generous and selfless and will never be forgotten by us all.
We would like to express our appreciation to Revd Mark Loney for his spiritual guidance, prayers, support and for providing a beautiful very fitting service of thanksgiving for Wesley’s life. Your presence was a powerful source of strength and comfort to both Wesley and all the family. Thanks to Beatrice Keys for playing the organ so beautifully at Wesley’s funeral service. To everyone at Ardess parish church who helped out including grave digger Andrew Simpson for preparing Wesley’s final resting place, and all the ladies who provided such lovely funeral tea after the service. We appreciate you all.
Finally we would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Marcus Madill, Funeral Director, and his team for their professional and dignified handling of all the funeral arrangements. Their care, guidance, and attention to detail brought great comfort to us during a deeply difficult time. Marcus, your kindness, support and understanding meant so much to us and we will forever be grateful for the send off you gave Wesley.
The Noble family remain profoundly grateful for every act of kindness shown to them by everyone involved as they mourn the loss of Wesley.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.
Wesley will always be lovingly remembered and sadly missed forever by all his sorrowing family, neighbours & friends.
