The family of the late Roberta Boyd wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported them through their recent bereavement.
Thank you to those who visited, telephoned, sent cards, letters, and flowers to express their sympathy, and to those who joined them at the funeral service and sent donations in lieu of flowers to Wave Trauma Centre.
The family took great comfort from the support of family, friends and neighbours. You all touched our hearts and made a difficult time more bearable.
Special thanks to Rev. Canon Norman Porteus and Canon Drew Dawson for the pastoral care they offered Roberta over the years and for conducting a fitting tribute service to her life. The beautiful singing of Julie Friel added a personal touch, which Roberta would truly have loved. Thanks to everyone involved in the funeral service from the sexton, the organist and person responsible for streaming as it all contributed to a fitting tribute which was greatly appreciated by the family.
Sincere thanks to Bryan and Carole and staff of Steenson Funeral Services for their professionalism in organising and carrying out the funeral arrangements and to Gortreagh Printing for producing a beautiful Order of service.
Special appreciation to all the special careers involved in Roberta’s care over the years as it allowed her to enjoy life at home surrounded by loving support.
