Ronald William (Ronnie) SMYTH BEM
Died 10th January 2023, peacefully at Beechill Care Home, late of Cairnshill Court, Saintfield Road, Belfast.
Loving husband of Elizabeth, devoted father of Andrew, David and Alison and father-in-law of Linda and Katharine. Proud grandfather of Ellie, Charlie, Rebecca and Jack, dear brother of Alan and Joyce and brother-in-law of Wilma and Keith and much-loved uncle of Jayna, Marianna, Ethan and Ben.
Following a private family committal, a Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Saintfield Road Presbyterian Church on Thursday 19th January 2023 at 2.00pm.
No flowers please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Alzheimer’s Society, c/o Norman McBriar & Son Funeral Directors, 37 Saintfield Mill, Saintfield, BT24 7FH.
God has you in his keeping, we have you in our hearts.

The church is in a very residential area. Please be mindful of this. The Cairnshill Park and Ride car park is just across the road. You can mark it down as one of your fitness sessions!
There will be no family line up prior to the service but we would like to invite you to join us afterwards for refreshments in the church hall.
There will be postcards placed around the church and halls. If you can’t stay or the numbers are too big, we would love you to just let us know you were there and/or leave any of us a message and pop it in the boxes provided.
